1. hello, i've ordered my blu book two days ago, when will i get it?

a: we ship things once a week. we use the famous poste italiane. they do whatever they want, they might even sit on your book for two weeks but no worries, you'll get it. it usually takes between one or two weeks

2: hello, do you ship to usa?

a: yes we do, just choose "world" shipping when you check out the order

3: hello i've never received the book i've ordered three weeks ago

a: see answer n.1, your book is being used as a seat from the kids at poste italiane, no worries, it will get there, if it doesnt show up in another week, write me an email, ill do my best to send you another copy asap
